Adult Group Home Living
Community Living Espanola operates two group homes that are designed to provide the optimum care for residents, and to promote involvement and inclusion in the community.
Supported Independent Living Program (SIL)
The goal of the Supported Independent Living program is to promote, support and enable individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their potential and be independent in the community.
Community Participation Supports
The goal of Community Living Espanola’s Community Participation Supports is to provide individuals with meaningful and enjoyable activities each day.
Adult Respite Services
Community Living Espanola Adult Respite Services is a community-based service that supports families with special needs by assisting in a period of respite.
Host Family Program
Community Living Espanola offers a Host Family Program as an alternative supported residential program.
Passport Services
The Passport Program provides opportunities for individuals who have a developmental disability to find more ways to participate in their communities.
