Why I Go to Day Services

by | Nov 19, 2013 | Our Story | 0 comments

Hi. My name is Sarah I come to Day Services to play games, to eat my lunch and to play on the new computer.  Sometimes, I hang out in the computer room with my friends.  On Tuesdays, I get Kentucky Fried Chicken with my money.  When I’m having my lunch, I open Abby’s containers and take the wrappers off his snacks.  I like break time and I like helping Abby.  I bring my markers, crayons and books to Day Services with me.  I keep myself busy.

Over the last little while, I have worked very hard to make friends with people.  I have learned a lot about being nice, being kind, polite and respectful.  Not every day is a perfect day, but I keep trying.

I like movie day and going to parties.  I went fishing this summer.  I caught a fish and I brought it home for my Mom and Dad to eat.  I am a very patient fisherman.  That’s all I have to say.
